Dennis Carpenter is a Registered Maine Guide and holds a US Coast Guard 50 Ton Master/Captain License. He has been fishing the coastal and offshore waters of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine for Striped Bass, Bluefish, Cod, Haddock and Tuna for over 35 years.
